4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare Chicken: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
